Nordic Walking Member

Following retirement I joined a Nordic Walking group as I wanted some form of exercise but without having to join a gym. I have to say that it has exceeded all my expectations, not only is it a very sociable way of keeping fit and in the fresh air, but I feel more toned up, and it has motivated me to start eating more healthily. I feel it has added another dimension to my life and Kerley and Ted are excellent instructors, always full of encouragement. Thank you.
