I was looking for an exercise class to help keep me fit despite bad knees and other health problems and so discovered Kerley’s Wellbeing class being held in the local park.

It’s brilliant, out in the fresh air, at your own pace, non competitive (no Lycra in sight) with a great group of people but most importantly supported by Kerley who provides a structured programme of exercises and walking, combined with empathy to individual members needs.

She has created a safe and happy environment, you complete the session uplifted and with a smile on your face, feeling that you are helping yourself to stay fit.
