Sylvia started Nordic Walking 6 years ago and when unable to find a group to join in early 2014 ,decided to form her own group and train and learn with Nordic Walking UK.

Sylvia is passionate about getting clients in Chichester to really love Nordic Walking and also to enjoy being part of a group in order to motivate each other.

She loves running a group that’s relaxed ,enjoys a giggle whilst of course still working hard to get some good outdoor exercise!
